Pre-sell items are items that are not yet in-stock, but are available for advanced purchase on our site. Pre-sell items are shipped as soon as they are available with no additional shipping charges. Anticipated shipment time is indicated on the site adjacent to product information.
Shipping Rules and Restrictions
We ship to street addresses in all 50 states: the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii.
We are sorry, but we do not ship to PO Boxes, or international addresses, including Canada, US Protectorates (Guam, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands) at this time.
We will process orders to ship Monday-Friday. UPS Ground and UPS Overnight are not available for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Folium Medica is able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each unique address.
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states – AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, TN, TX, VA, WA. Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased through foliummedica.com, please follow the steps below. Please note that product purchased with Folium Medica Gift Cards can not be returned but can be exchanged with shipping charges applied.
- Please fill out the Return / Exchange section on the back of the invoice (enclosed in your original order) and place it inside the return package. Be sure to retain a copy of the invoice for your records.
If you are making an exchange and the total cost is more than the amount of your return, please include your payment information.
